5. Job Duties:
   1. Analyze business needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
   2. Develop applications based upon the company’s architecture and business requirements
   3. Create, maintain and implement the source code that makes up the application or program
   4. Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
   5. Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
   6. Design creative prototypes according to specifications, indicate program unit structure, and coordinate application plans with the development team 
   7. Conduct functional and non-functional testing. Develop scenarios, test cases and sequences of testing events specifically addressing the business requirements.
   8. Create awareness and establish compliance for security, privacy and acceptable use policies to protect the company’s information and network assets
   9. Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
   10. Work using Java, JavaScript, Spring Framework, MongoDB, DB2, WebSphere
